I just DIDN"T tip my coffee barista and I feel ok about it

I have wondred b4. WHy do certain places get tips and certain places DO NOT get tips. and I am also wondering: SHould I tip people that LOOK LIKE ME or people who DON"T LOOK LIKE ME, ie demographically should I make considerations. Or avoid them. Sometimes I feel like coffee baristas are going to SNOOT DOWN THEIR NOSE IF THEY DON"T GET TIPPED BY ME. and I say. It wasn't so hard for you to poor this drink. I do harder work sometimes for no tips. like moving soil into people's houses. AH I can always fall back on that soil moving work to prove I do have a relationship with the Brix and Mortarz.
