have you noticed the changing colors of this blog? I keep changing thme, cuz there is now easy way to change. But I can't decide.. Its like when you go to a restaurount you must ask "What would you reccomend?" to the waitress, or perhaps, "I'll have what he's having" then clsoe your eyes and point in a RANDOM direction. Well I'll have what your having what COLOR you're having that is. Just mAKE THE decision cuz I am incapable of choosing the color path with the infinite array of possibiltitytes

Since in the past months I could never dream up a darn thing to cook I started to turn to look at other sources other than my own hunger for cert ain things.

I have now started to boil wextables, with water adn salt and then puree them into soup. yah sounds bland but its not. becuase wextables actually taste wery good on thier own. And in this way if you are a single person such as myself you can purchase say one beet and one turnip or which ever variety suits you (potatoes, celeries, even tomatoes, and basil, or cabbage green or red. or anything for that matter)

And if you like more substantial soups you can add some diairy if your not a lactoad or you know what is add some rolled oats or other rolled grains and they puree very sofrt and smooth.

Its the best! Try it today for less that a few dollars!! and enjoy a warming soothing meal.

I've been meditating in other people 's gradens on these questions related to my life;s pursuits:: What is an URBAN type environment v. suburban . Is it something in the air or does it flow through the streerts like a circulatory stystem (ARTERY v. Vein , Capilary vs veinule).

Yes and no . IF you want to be part of the urban life you need to be connected , Sometimes you don;t and that;s OK too. For in the countryside , why even bother to leave the property - Smell the flowers . Otherhandedly MAybe you wan to be connected but with no distractions just speeding everywhere you want in a direct line . You would need lots of space t0 clear everyone out of your path and that would be mad suburban. Not a good thing in this man;s opinion. IF you want to be connected you have to accept things blocking your way (SPONTENAETY) so as not to be selfish and to actually make life a lot more enjoyable and realistic :˙©∆˙©∆˙© URBAN TAOISM ˙©∆˙©

The big crack up

My big adventure with bay area earthquakes started many months ago.

Guess what - I was in an earthquake yesterday morning at 4:42.

I was asleep like a baby in my bed, and I open my eyes just in time to see the ENTIRE ROOM shaking like a toy box in the hands of god or something.

AHHHHHH. Here is it is the big ONE – I say to my self. But it stopped very shortly thereafter thank gdnss.

Anyways the big kicker is that wow there really is something out there in that big world. good to know the forces are at work, that my self one person is still subject to such large and potentious forces of NATURE.

what it told me though when I ran outside and no one was there, or when my dad asked me if sirens or dogs were barking is that, shit am I having a nervous break down!! No one else care that there is an earthquake, or maybe in made it up. Did it really happen and no one here to verify i am amidst reality, am i a ghost?

but foremost why the F____ am i living by myself in an isolated place? If Im going to go out in the great crack up - i better me in the bustle of the city, at least with people i know. So the earthquake made me, by thinking i could die, make me think well and if im alive, why they F____ am i having this type of break down and im not even dying.

but i think that a roler coaster has this kind of effect, or jumping on the trampoline too, because when you shake or free fall i think the blood moves differently like upwards or to the sides and that triggers different nerve responses and then you have new thoughts. so if anyone know s of a good roller coaster in the area please let me know! thank you.

Due to the overwhelmingly positve response on the last post I have decided to continue "striving untiringly" and the Buddha would suggest. Todays life thought is this: I have a plant with purple leaves and ITS DYING. Its inside and its dying PURPLE DYE THAT IS Its making everything purple. What can I do for the plant I'm worried. One friend suggested I "Feed" the plant beer. This makes them happier and if they die, they will be so drunk no one will notice. Hmm sounds like sound advice. How about anyone else? For example what music do plants like. Bach Beethoven, Cannibal Corpse, or the Byrds. ONe other peace of news I have a new name for my cat and its "Sea Bee"

I GOT 20 NEW IPHONES

Dude I got 20 new iphones and they are AWESOME. they call stuff 50 times faster than other phones and they transport me to other PLANETZ. Plus they are laser beams. They shoot the laser beams out the headphone port. Not joke, also they are light sabers and they make laser beam sword. Its just me and my I-Phone on a desert island fighting evil by ourselves and we can fly!
