Nose Plugs. THE NEXT CRAZE

For some reason I am not as upset by synchronized swimming as by ice dancing. One interesting thing, is that its all about SPARKLES. and Under water Makeup which I think could be good for the general audience that wants to jump in lake and still maintain a fantasmagoric image. Another thing is the SYNCRONIZATION- I wonder at what point we started valuing synchromization as a sport. its not like RACING the CLOCK , or hitting a target. There are some verging on hipter songs that are used and some that are really cheesy techno/. Finally-last prelimnary commnent- is that it is slightly suspect when you are meant to control your facial expression in a sport (OR IS IT- MAYBE this IS A GREAT SPORT)-- or maybe we should hvae a FACE OLYMPICS!

But to get to the real fashionn lesson we can learn from synkronized swimming, its the NOSEplugs. When you want to look as great as possible, but just want to throw something a little weird in there-- how about reaching  for  noseplugs, Its sure to stop any air (or water!) from going in your nose and it makes you look squeegie

AS you can see Teams with higher fashion often times sometimes are the best. For example S. Korea in archering. Awesome glasses and checkerboards on the undersides of their short-brimmed hats.

 

also this guy from Mexico. He is happy to wear a bracelet and wire frame glasses. Just rocking his own casual style. I respect that he doesn't get too wrapped up in the "sporty" look.

In fact when it comes to Casual- all SHOOTING sports are hitting top bullseyes. Why not strike a pose? Here is a fashion forward tip you can use for your everyday LIFE< JOB< ETC. Its called a shooting eye patch (actually i don't know what its called) and goes over one eye ((SEE ABOVE)) to help you aim. Next time you want to "shoot for the top" of the bisness world and you have an important Business meeting, why not where a SHOOTING EYE  PATCH?


FINALLY in other news, the colors of the london olympics are promintnely RED and pink, MUCH like this blog. which bodes well for the bloggin olympics which we have allready won since they were held in ancient GREEcE.

OLYMPIC FASHION IS BACK: Todays article headwear

Dear Blog readers; I am back after a long Haitus. INSPIRED by the olympcs once again. Remenber if you wish to delve in the long history ofOLYMPIC fashion articles, just click on the label below. I am simply excited about a few of the fashions I have seen already this year.

For me this year it is not really about being unique, but about the special peices that each sport demands. For example: you will spot these hats on many archers:

 They remind  me of some of the hats that some highschool girls wear. I guess they are made with a minimal brim so they don't get in the way . AND of course a lighte white color to keep the head cool in a zen sport such as archery.

Also I was excited to witness Nigeria vs Iran in womens singles Ping Pong. and you can see that this woman was staying true to her way of life even in the heart of the west. I have to give some major fashion points to the matching color of the jersey and hijab.
