Pretty sure ___ROCKY___ and I found an alt last week but here are gfx ideas for covering it too:
1) Gold Sparkles
2) Gold Medal
3) Feathers
4) The word FIERCE in sparkles
5) Stars/sparkles
6) Snowflakes, or one big sparkly one

i think gold sparkly feathers would be the fiercest decoration of all
Perhaps these can be taken "to hart" for our next version of Rsbfart
